Bluetooth Module(BLE Module)

We provide Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE 5.4) modules, including hardware versions and AT commands firmware versions. Our solutions are based on TI CC2540, CC2541, CC2640, CC2340R5, Nordic nRF52805, nRF52810, nRF52811, nRF52832, nRF52840, Onmicro HS6621, Dialog DA14531, ST BlueNRG-LP, Atmosic ATM2202, Silicon Labs EFR32BG22 series. Besides standard BLE modules, we can also customize the hardware and firmware according to your requirements.

LoRa Module

Our LoRa modules are based on ST STM32WLE5JC (STM32WLE5 is the first SoC to integrate LoRa RF and MCU), ASRmicro ASR6601(it’s also an SoC), Semtech LLCC68, Semtech SX1262, Semtech SX1268.

LoRa + BLE Module

We combine LoRa and BLE together innovatively and groundbreaking. LoRa charges for long-range communication, and BLE charges for short-range communication, it transmits LoRa data to APPs. We have four part numbers of LoRa + BLE modules, including RC21L68A: Onmicro HS6621 + Semtech LLCC68, RC0L68A: Nordic nRF52810 + Semtech LLCC68, RC32L62A: Nordic nRF52832 + Semtech SX1262, RC32L68A: Nordic nRF52832 + Semtech SX1268.

Wi-Fi Module

Our Wi-Fi modules are based on TI CC3220SF, TI dual-band 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz SoC CC3235S, CC3235SF, ASRMicro Wi-Fi and BLE combo SoC ASR5952S, Beken Wi-Fi and BLE combo SoC BL2028N.
