ASR ASR6601 LoRa Module RC6601A

  • The RC6601A is a high-performance, low-power, and low-cost radio frequency module designed based on ASR6601 from ASR micro, a low-power wide-area network wireless communication SoC chip that supports LoRa modulation. It integrates a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 and an RF transceiver, a filter, and a 32MHz and a 32.768kHz crystal oscillator. The RC6601A makes full use of the functions and peripheral devices of ASR6601 to ensure excellent RF performance while taking into account the low-power design. It supports multiple modulation modes of LoRa/FSK/MSK/BPSK, and can support LoRaWAN and LinkWAN protocol stacks. The ultra-high sensitivity of -148dBm and the maximum transmission power of +22dBm can guarantee long-distance spread spectrum communication, and the active reception consumes only 4.6 mA of power. It is designed to achieve long battery life.

The RC6601A can provide long-distance, low-power LPWAN solutions, which can be applied to data collection and analysis of infrastructure, street lights, gas, transportation, meter reading, positioning, buildings, etc., as well as low-power wide-area IoT scenarios such as smart homes, energy conservation and emission reduction, environmental testing, and industrial manufacturing.
