PHYPlus PHY6222 Multi-Protocol Module RC6222A
- The RC6222A is a module that supports BLE 5.2 functions and IEEE 802.15.4 communication protocol. It is based on PHYPlus PHY6222 system-on-chip design and development and integrates an ultra-low-power high-performance multimode RF transceiver and a 32-bit ARM®CortexTM-M0 processor. The maximum transmission power of the module reaches 10 dBm, and the reception sensitivity at the rate of BLE 1 Mbps – 99 dBm, while providing 3 dB of demodulation gain; ultra-low-power chip architecture makes the sleep current as low as 0.5 uA, the peak transceiver power consumption is 4.6 mA and 4 mA, and the average application power consumption in multiple scenarios is <10 uA, ensuring that conventional 200 mAh button batteries can continue to work for more than 5 years under the normal power supply.
The RC6222A is a full-stack Bluetooth solution based on Bluetooth LE 5.2 with independent intellectual property rights and supports mainstream BLE functions including SIG-Mesh full-role networking, AoA/AoD wireless positioning, 2 Mbps high-speed mode, BLE long-distance mode, master-slave pairing, one master and multiple slaves, extended broadcast/periodic broadcast. It supports multi-protocol stacks with independent intellectual property rights: Matter (Bluetooth LE + Zigbee) multi-protocol coexistence; PhyPlus private 2.4GHz protocol stack.
The RC6222A module can be used in a variety of scenarios: smart wearable devices, smart homes, smart lighting, smart electricity meters, self-portrait devices, anti-lost devices, remote controls, mobile phone peripherals, electronic price tags, Bluetooth beacons, medical and health, smart buildings, and smart industries.
